How to Get Help for a Crisis Situation or Suicide Risk
You are not alone. There are many places that can help in your time of need. If you find yourself in a situation where you need immediate help, whether you are struggling with thoughts of suicide or need to escape a dangerous environment, we hope that you will take the brave step to reach out for help. Please follow these steps to get the proper care for your situation.
Please call 911 immediately or go to an emergency room, if you are experiencing a true medical emergency, are in imminent danger, or feel that you are a danger to yourself or others.
In a non-emergent, urgent situation, please call our counseling office. We will try to connect you with a therapist that can see you immediately.
